My husband makes the most amazing marinated slaw, but of course it is loaded in sugar. This variation works for my Whole 30 plan and is tasty too!
- 1/3 cup Braggs Apple cider vinegar
- 1/3 cup Extra virgin olive oil
- 2 large carrots
- 1 green onion
- 1/2 green pepper
- 1/2 head of Napa cabbage
- 1 tsp. celery seed
- 1/2 naval orange, juiced
Rough chop your vegetables. Add all ingredients to large bowl and toss well.
Cover and refrigerate for at least one hour.
