Day Eight

I am pretty much following the time line closely at this point. My pants are a little snug and I actually feel more bloated than I did a few days ago.  Other than that, feeling great!

Breakfast 5.11.15.  2 eggs, spinach, bacon and a baby sweet potato.  Iced coffee.

Lunch 5.11.15.  The last of the spaghetti squash and turkey marinara. Water.


Snack time, this one may be borderline illegal.  All of the ingredients were compliant but it sure felt like I was straying! So good!


Dinner 5.11.15.  Chicken cutlet, mango sala, citrus slaw and iced tea.
